At SilkwayOud, we stand behind the authenticity of our Maoming Agarwood. If you have concerns about the quality or grade of your purchase, please contact us immediately at contact@silkwayoud.com.

Conditions for Return

Due to the consumable nature of incense and oils, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Authenticity Disputes

If you believe a product does not match its stated grade, we provide a full refund plus shipping costs upon verification by an independent lab or our master graders.
