Thank you for shopping with SilkwayOud. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
2. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
For orders shipped to the Middle East, order processing time is typically within 1-2 business day of payment confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
3. Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination and local carrier conditions.
United States
Estimated shipping time is typically 8–10 business days after order processing.
Middle East
For orders shipped to the Middle East, including UAE, Saudi Arabia:
Order processing time: typically 1-2 business day
Shipping transit time: typically 9–12 business days
Final delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
Other International Destinations
For other countries and regions, estimated shipping time is typically 8–15 business days after order processing.
Delivery times may vary depending on shipping carrier availability, customs processing, and local logistics conditions.
Remote Areas
Delivery to remote regions, islands, rural addresses, or areas with limited carrier coverage may require additional transit time. In some cases, delivery may take up to 15–30 business days.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can check the status on the "Track your order" page in the footer.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Shipping Costs
Middle East (UAE & Saudi Arabia): free shipping on orders over AED 100. Orders under AED 100 are charged a flat AED 12 shipping fee.
United States: free shipping on orders over US$40. Orders under US$40 are charged a flat US$5 shipping fee.
Shipping costs for your destination are always calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
7. International Shipping Notice
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or local delivery procedures.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing and local delivery procedures may affect final delivery time and are outside of SilkwayOud’s control.
8. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. SilkwayOud is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Damaged in Transit:
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
9. Carrier Delays
Delivery time estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. SilkwayOud is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs processing, carrier capacity, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
